Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange

  • Free Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged at no cost. If you need assistance, contact our support team for help.
  • No Restocking Fees – Easy Returns: We do not charge restocking fees. Whether you’ve changed your mind or encountered an issue with your order, our return process is simple and hassle-free.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue so our support team can assist you promptly.
  • International Returns: International returns are free; however, any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. Due to varying customs regulations, we recommend reaching out to us for detailed support based on your location.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@viraljackets.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
